ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATIONS A) Interior common walls: sheeting extends
to roof sheeting or rafter beams B) R-10 fiberglass insulation with reinforced vapor barrier at roof; optional on
walls, & doors. C) Vapor barrier & gravel under slab D) Provide necessary site work (compaction and aggregate fill)
for foundation and asphalt paving E) Proved trash removal and daily clean ups. All units to be scraped, swept, wet
mopped, before a final wet vacuum at job completion. This interior cleaning of floors to be done after all red iron and interior
surfaces are pressure washed. Exterior walls pressure washed and taxi lanes hosed down after final interior cleaning F) Provide
seal at door to slab, and weather strips at vertical door spaces G) Provide foam closure at exterior walls & doors
for dust reduction at concrete slab and roofline H) Provide color matched "security" type screws or pop rivets at appropriate

one M) Contractor to begin work within 5 days of permit issue date and complete project for final inspection within
90 days of issuance N) Concrete slab, 4 inches with mesh and control cuts per plans. Depth of cuts per plans. O) Provide
at least 4 hose bibs P) Over-torqued, under torqued, or angle sheeting screws will not be allowed, as well as
cracked, bent, or wrinkled sheeting panels. Scratches to be touched up with paint.
